Epworth Family Care Center in Moncks Corner, SC, is dedicated to supporting mothers battling substance use disorders by providing a nurturing and secure residential environment for families. Mothers and their children have the opportunity to stay with us for up to six months, during which we prioritize medical care, nutrition education, and parenting skills to empower them on their journey toward independence and permanent reunification.
