MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Moncks Corner, SC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our program is committed to screening every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity, guiding them to personalized weight management services that cater to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-directed weight management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery as additional avenues for support.
