East Cooper Meals On Wheels is dedicated to delivering essential nutrition to homebound residents of Mount Pleasant and surrounding areas, including Daniel Island, Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Cainhoy, and Wando. We serve individuals of all ages and income levels who are unable to prepare their own meals, ensuring that no one has to face hunger alone. Our program operates without a waiting list and provides meals at no cost, including a second daily meal for those in isolated circumstances and at higher risk of hunger. In addition, we support individuals in outpatient care during their recovery from surgeries or transplants. If you or someone you know needs food assistance, we invite you to reach out for more information on how to receive our meal delivery services.
