Located in North Augusta, SC, the Epworth Family Care Center is a dedicated residential program designed to support mothers battling substance use disorders and their children. Here, families find a nurturing and secure environment where they can begin the journey toward long-term recovery and empowerment. Our comprehensive services include residential housing, parenting skills development, case management, life skills training, medical care, and nutrition education, alongside educational and vocational support. Mothers and their children can stay with us for up to six months, during which they focus on rebuilding their lives, fostering independence, and preparing for a successful future with lasting family reunification.
