Open Hands Ministry Food Pantry in North Charleston, SC, is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity by offering essential food assistance to low-income individuals and families who struggle to access affordable, nutritious meals. Our mission is to ensure that no one in our community faces hunger alone. We provide a variety of nutritious foods on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month, alongside serving hot meals to our guests on the 3rd Saturday.
