Helping Hand South Strand is dedicated to providing emergency aid to individuals and families in North Myrtle Beach, SC, and the surrounding South Strand area. Our mission is to offer essential services that alleviate urgent needs, including emergency food assistance through our food pantry, which families can access once every eight weeks. We also help with clothing, utility bill assistance for those facing disconnection, transportation support, and prescription services. To enhance community well-being, we provide special services like back-to-school shoes, Christmas gifts for children and seniors, and Thanksgiving meals.
