The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Okatie, SC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and offer personalized weight management services tailored to individual needs and preferences. Participants can access a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who wish to manage their weight independently. For Veterans requiring additional assistance, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
