The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, located in Pageland, SC, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of advocates for a just and sustainable food system. Through comprehensive training and hands-on experience at the Allegheny Farm, our Fellows receive valuable education in organic food systems, empowering them to implement impactful initiatives like community gardens, farmer's markets, and health education programs. Our fellowship is tuition-free, ensuring accessibility for all passionate individuals. Over a six-month immersive residency, Fellows engage in diverse projects that promote food assistance, enhance food literacy, and foster community collaboration. Following their training, they participate in a Community Action Year, applying their knowledge alongside regional non-profits to drive meaningful change in food access and sustainability.
