The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program in Pickens, SC is dedicated to fostering the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to empower families by providing essential nutrition education, supplemental foods, and robust breastfeeding support, along with referrals to vital health care services. While our WIC locations currently remain closed to the public due to COVID-19, we are committed to ensuring our community receives the support they need. Families can easily call our local WIC clinics to access services and navigate their nutritional needs, as we continue to adapt our services to prioritize the health and well-being of our clients.
