Located in Saluda, SC, Epworth Family Care Center is a nurturing residential facility dedicated to supporting mothers facing substance use disorders. We provide a safe and comfortable environment where mothers and their children can live together as they embark on their journey toward long-term recovery and family strengthening. Our comprehensive program encompasses essential services, including residential housing, parenting skills development, case management, life skills training, recreational health, medical care, nutrition education, and educational and vocational services. Families may stay with us for up to six months, during which we empower them to rebuild their lives, achieve independence, and work toward permanent family reunification.
