MOVE! Weight Management Program in Saluda, SC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is regularly screened for obesity and provided with tailored referrals to weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. MOVE! offers a variety of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact as needed. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent challenges with weight-related issues.
