MOVE! Weight Management Program in Spartanburg, SC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at our VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and has access to tailored weight management solutions that fit their unique needs. We offer a variety of care options, including supportive group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist in managing weight independently. We also provide access to medically supervised weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with obesity.
