Epworth Family Care Center, located in Union, SC, is dedicated to supporting mothers overcoming substance use disorders by providing a nurturing and secure residential environment for both mothers and their children. Our program emphasizes long-term recovery and family strengthening, offering essential services including residential housing, parenting skills development, comprehensive case management, life skills training, and access to medical care and nutrition education. We also focus on educational and vocational services to equip mothers with the tools they need for independence. Families are welcomed to stay with us for up to six months, giving them the time and support necessary to rebuild their lives and work towards lasting recovery and permanent reunification.
