Epworth Family Care Center, located in West Columbia, SC, is dedicated to empowering mothers facing substance use disorders in a nurturing, residential environment where they can thrive alongside their children. Our comprehensive program emphasizes long-term recovery and family strengthening, providing essential services such as safe housing, parenting skills development, and case management. We also offer crucial life skills training, recreational health opportunities, medical care, and nutrition education, along with educational and vocational services. Mothers and their children can stay with us for up to six months, as they rebuild their lives and pave the way for lasting independence and successful family reunification.
