About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in West Columbia, SC, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, live, and virtual group meals in a nurturing environment, allowing participants to enjoy nutrition alongside peer support. With meal support sessions held four times daily—including two lunch and two dinner options—individuals can choose what best fits their schedules to gather in a safe, welcoming space. These sessions are led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, who are pursuing their CNS certification, ensuring that participants receive knowledgeable guidance during their recovery journey. While our program offers supportive meal experiences, it is important to note that we are not an urgent care or crisis center. For immediate assistance, please reach out to appropriate emergency services.
