Meal Support Program
Project HEAL Antigo, WI
About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Antigo, WI, is dedicated to providing compassionate and structured meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed virtual group meals, fostering a safe and supportive environment where participants can dine together and share experiences as they strengthen their nutritional habits. With four meal support sessions held daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can choose to attend those that fit their schedule. Each session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners who are actively pursuing their CNS certification, ensuring thoughtful guidance during each meal. While our program is designed to support outpatient care, it's important to note that it does not serve as a crisis intervention resource. For those in need of immediate assistance, we encourage reaching out to crisis support services. Join us as we cultivate community and resilience on the journey to recovery.
