Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Ashland, WI

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Ashland, WI, is dedicated to providing essential, compassionate meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are in recovery from eating disorders. Our program focuses on creating a welcoming and supportive environment through live, virtual group meals that encourage participants to enjoy nutrition with the shared understanding of their experiences. Sessions are available four times daily, offering flexibility to fit individual schedules. Each meal support gathering is led by specialized nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are advancing toward their CNS certification. While we provide vital meal support, please remember that this program is designed for those at the outpatient level and is not crisis intervention; for immediate crisis support, we encourage you to reach out to available emergency resources.
