MOVE! Weight Management Program in Cudahy, WI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and receives tailored referrals to suitable weight management services. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, along with the MOVE!
