Located on nine scenic acres of prairie and woodlands in Delafield, Wisconsin, Rogers' Eating Disorder Recovery adult program offers a tranquil healing environment just two miles from their main Oconomowoc campus. The facility features therapeutic gardens and comfortable, home-like treatment and living spaces designed to foster recovery. The structured daily program incorporates three hours of cognitive behavioral therapy to address maladaptive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, alongside twice-daily Exposure and Response Prevention sessions that help patients face and reduce anxiety triggers. Weekly experiential therapies, including horticultural, recreational, and art therapy, provide additional avenues for developing coping skills. Rogers emphasizes family involvement through weekly family therapy sessions and a monthly Family & Friends Program that combines education, shared meals, and support groups. Patients receive individualized care through weekly meetings with dieticians and therapists, regular psychiatric consultations 2-3 times weekly, and nutrition group therapy led by registered dieticians to build essential nutritional knowledge and skills.
