MOVE! Weight Management Program in Delavan, WI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support by annually screening every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, and connecting them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences.
