Support for Nursing Mothers, located in Eau Claire, WI, is dedicated to empowering new and breastfeeding mothers through essential resources and compassionate support. Our Family Resource Center features a Nursing Nook, a welcoming space for mothers to relax while breastfeeding or pumping, as well as informative sessions on breastfeeding techniques and management. We host a La Leche League support group, providing community and guidance to mothers in their breastfeeding journey. Additionally, we proudly collaborate with the Mothers' Milk Bank of the Western Great Lakes, facilitating breast milk donations to support premature babies in NICUs. Women with extra breast milk can easily participate by registering through the Milk Bank, and we encourage their donations to be logged with our staff at the center.
