The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, operated by the City of Eau Claire Department of Health, is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as children from birth to five years of age. Our mission is to promote healthy food habits and provide essential resources, including nutrition education, access to healthy foods, and breastfeeding support.
