MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fort Atkinson, WI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected with tailored weight management services that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. Veterans can also take advantage of the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management. For individuals who continue to face challenges with their weight, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
