Located in Franklin, WI, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support by annually screening every Veteran who visits VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with tailored weight management options. Our versatile offerings include group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who benefit from in-home messaging and clinician support. For Veterans who prefer a self-guided approach, we offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, weight loss medications and bariatric surgery are available for those continuing to face challenges with overweight or related health issues.
