MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Germantown, WI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran who accesses VA care is screened for obesity and provided with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of resources, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer mobile management, we provide the MOVE! Coach app, and for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
