The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) for Seniors in Holmen, WI, supports the health and nutritional needs of seniors through compassionate food assistance. Administered by the USDA and coordinated by Channel One, our program offers a monthly food package filled with essential items like canned fruits and vegetables, milk, cereals, American cheese, and plant-based proteins, ensuring that seniors have access to nourishing meals. With more than 50 distribution sites located in senior centers and apartment complexes across thirteen counties in southeast Minnesota, we also provide valuable information on healthy eating to empower our participants toward better nutritional choices. We invite all eligible seniors to join our community in this vital effort to enhance food security and well-being.
