The REACH Services and Resource Center, located in Holmen, WI, is dedicated to supporting individuals facing housing instability through a comprehensive range of services and resources. Our mission is grounded in community collaboration, offering vital assistance including housing navigation, homeless prevention, and access to food and hygiene products. We also provide essential mental health and AODA support, healthcare services, and resources for violence prevention. Our non-perishable food pantry, along with hygiene supplies, is readily available for community members in need from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Together, we strive to empower individuals and families towards stability and wellness.
