Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Hudson, WI

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Hudson, WI, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to create a supportive and safe environment for participants to enjoy nutrition together. With four meal support sessions daily, including two during lunch and two during dinner, participants can attend as many sessions as they wish to fit their schedules. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working toward their CNS certification. While we offer compassionate meal support, please note that this is not a crisis intervention service; for immediate assistance, we encourage reaching out to crisis support lines or emergency services.
