MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Hudson, WI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected with personalized weight management services that suit their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home messaging and clinical support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who require further assistance after attempting MOVE! services.
