MOVE! is a dedicated weight management and health promotion program located in La Crosse, WI, specifically designed to enhance the health and well-being of Veterans. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and has access to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. Through a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management, we provide comprehensive resources for weight loss. For Veterans who continue to face challenges with their weight, we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
