Our program is designed for those recently diagnosed with kidney conditions, caregivers, or anyone preparing for dialysis. Through our comprehensive education, participants gain insights into the symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), learn how to maintain a healthy diet for kidney wellness, find coping strategies, and explore various treatment options, including home dialysis.
