In Madison, WI, our Perinatal Home Visiting Programs provide compassionate and essential support through two services: Nurse-Family Partnership and Prenatal Care Coordination. Designed for those pregnant in Dane County, our programs offer personalized assistance to foster healthy pregnancies and thriving babies, regardless of legal residency status. Participants receive one-on-one guidance in goal setting, access to healthcare, and valuable information on nutrition, childbirth preparation, safe sleep practices, parenting, child development, breastfeeding, and more. Enrollment is open throughout an individual's pregnancy for Prenatal Care Coordination, with support extending until the baby is 2 months old. For first-time parents, the Nurse-Family Partnership invites enrollment prior to 28 weeks, offering continuous support until the child is 2 years old. Eligibility aligns with other assistance programs such as WIC, FoodShare, Medicaid, and BadgerCare Plus.
