Located in Marshfield, WI, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to the right weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, alongside the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after participating in MOVE!.
