MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Mcfarland, WI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing personalized referrals to tailored weight management services that address individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
