MOVE! Weight Management Program in Menomonee Falls, WI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually assess every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management options tailored to their unique needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize our MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided management, or, for those facing ongoing challenges, explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
