The Meal Support Program in Mequon, WI, is dedicated to offering free, accessible support for individuals over 16 dealing with eating disorders at the outpatient level. We provide a welcoming environment through our virtual, facilitated meal support sessions, which occur four times daily and are designed specifically to create a safe space for participants to engage in nutrition and recovery. With the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners, our program empowers participants to attend as many sessions as they need to fit their schedules.
