MOVE! Weight Management Program in Mequon, WI is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to personalized care options that meet their unique needs. Through group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging, we support Veterans in their weight loss journeys. Additionally, those who prefer self-management can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app, while weight loss medications and bariatric surgery are available for Veterans who need further assistance after engaging with the program.
