Our Family Support team is a reliable resource, offering accurate information and guidance right from the moment of diagnosis. We provide parent mentoring, nutritional education, and meal planning to promote healthy living, along with behavior management support tailored to the unique needs of each family. Additionally, we assist with navigating the complexities of Medicaid applications, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
