MOVE! Weight Management Program in Monroe, WI is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity each year and connect individuals to effective weight management services that cater to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support. Veterans also have access to the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent management, as well as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face weight-related challenges after participating in our program.
