Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to providing nourishment and support to homebound individuals aged 60 and older in Mukwonago, WI, and their spouses, regardless of age. Our program ensures that seniors can enjoy healthy, home-delivered meals right to their door, helping to maintain their well-being and independence. We invite those interested in our food assistance services to reach out to the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Waukesha County to apply. During the application process, our caring staff will gather essential information to determine eligibility, and clients will receive notification once their application is processed. Clients will receive a monthly statement reflecting the value of meals provided, and while donations are welcomed to sustain our services, no eligible client will ever be denied access due to inability to contribute. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently extending our meal delivery services to all seniors aged 60 and older across Waukesha County, reinforcing our commitment to community health and well-being.
