The St. Joe’s CHAMP Program, established in 2010, is dedicated to addressing the nutrition and health needs of individuals in Neenah, WI. CHAMP represents our core values: Community, where we partner with local members to deliver essential education and services; Health, focusing on all aspects of well-being—nutritional, physical, emotional, and mental; Activity, promoting an active lifestyle by encouraging regular physical activity; Motivation, empowering our clients to achieve their health and wellness aspirations; and Prevention, stressing the importance of proactive measures to thwart disease.
