The Perry Family Free Clinic (PFFC) in Oregon, WI, is dedicated to delivering free primary healthcare and a range of supportive services tailored specifically for uninsured and underinsured Black men in Dane County. As an extension of the Rebalanced-Life Wellness Association’s nationally recognized Men’s Health and Education Center, PFFC offers essential services including primary care, physical therapy, mental health counseling, diabetic foot care, and nutrition support in a welcoming and accessible environment.
