Based in Reedsburg, WI, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a welcoming and supportive environment through live, virtual drop-in group meal sessions, allowing participants to share meals while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. With scheduled meal support available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can tailor their participation to fit their needs. We focus on creating a safe space for nutrition and connection, ensuring that everyone feels understood and supported on their recovery journey.
