Located in River Falls, WI, the Meal Support Program provides free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in sessions create a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy group meals while receiving essential emotional and nutritional support. With four meal support times each day—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals have the flexibility to attend as many sessions as their schedules allow. Our sessions are led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all working towards their CNS certification. While we prioritize meal support, please note that we do not provide urgent care or crisis services.
