MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Schofield, WI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission focuses on annually screening every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with personalized weight management services that cater to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of support options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight management.
