MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans in Sun Prairie, WI, by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored treatment options that align with their individual needs and preferences. Additionally, the MOVE! Coach mobile app offers an accessible self-management tool for those who prefer a more independent approach.
