MOVE! Weight Management Program in Tomah, WI, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with appropriate weight management resources tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Whether through engaging group sessions, supportive telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging service, or the MOVE! Coach mobile app designed for self-guided weight management, we offer a variety of approaches to empower Veterans on their journey to better health.
