MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Verona, WI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing personalized referrals to a range of weight management options that align with their unique needs and lifestyle preferences. With services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for at-home support, we are committed to empowering Veterans on their weight loss journey. Additionally, our MOVE! Coach mobile app offers a self-management option for those who prefer more independence. For Veterans facing persistent weight challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
