Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care through VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, connecting them with essential weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a range of support options, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! program for convenient in-home guidance, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery, ensuring that every individual has the tools and resources necessary to succeed on their journey to better health.
