Clothes and Food Pantry serves the Wisconsin Rapids community by providing essential food assistance and clothing, including diapers, at no cost to those in need. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to basic nutritional needs while also offering vital support through our clothing services. To access our food pantry, we invite individuals to complete a screening form at North Central Community Action in the United Way Building. Our food pantry operates Monday to Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Thursday from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. For those in need of clothing, our clothing closet is available by appointment on Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Thursday from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. We encourage individuals to arrive 30 minutes prior to closing hours to ensure they receive the help they require.
